The aim of this paper is to compare the new and traditional NDT methods and also to mention the main features of these new methods such as detection of the defects by stimulating the specimen and receiving its response as out-of-plane displacement derivative (strain) and temperature gradients. The results show that the loading conditions, type of inspected defects, shear amount and the studied material are effective parameters in DISH to accurately estimating the size and depth of defects and also can show that the phase difference between reflected waves for healthy and defective regions in OPT increases up to a specific and optimum frequency value. Moreover, phase difference of waves can be used to determine the defect depth. Additionally, due to the indirect and non-contacting nature of the new methods in measuring defects, the correct determination of the type, size, depth and position of defects is associated with a small percentage of errors. Finally, it is proved that infrared thermography is a quick and effective method for a pass-fail test. Sonic thermography is capable for semi-quantitative evaluation impact related defects and combination of both OPT and DISH methods demonstrated as applicable for full field inspection of composite components instead of traditional methods.}, keywords = {Fiber reinforced polymer composites,NDT,Digital shearography,Optical thermography,Sonic thermography}, title_fa = {مروری بر شناسایی غیرمخرب عیوب در مواد مرکب پایه پلیمری تقویت شده با الیاف}, abstract_fa = {محدودیت‌هایی نظیر عدم قابلیت بازرسی کامپوزیت‌ها در روش‌های معمول و سنتی آزمون غیرمخرب، سبب توسعه روش‌های نوینی چون روش حرارت نگاری و برشنگاری دیجیتالی در سالیان اخیر گشته که امکان بازرسی عیوب را بدون تماس با نمونه کامپوزیتی و بصورت تمام میدانی را میسر می‌سازد. در این مقاله روش‌های نوین به همراه روش های سنتی بدست آمده از مطالعات پیشین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و به ویژگی اساسی روش‌های نوین در اندازه گیری غیر تماسی عیوب بصورت مشتق جابجایی خارج صفحه‌ای (کرنش) و گرادیان دمایی اشاره شده است. نتایج نشان دهنده این است که در روش برشنگاری شرایط و میزان بارگذاری، نوع عیب، اندازه برش و جنس ماده مورد بازرسی در تخمین اندازه و عمق عیب تاثیر دارند. همچنین در روش حرارت نگاری اختلاف فاز بین نواحی سالم و معیوب با افزایش فرکانس تحریک حرارتی تا حد معینی افزایش می‌یابد و از این آنالیز جهت تعیین بهینه فرکانس برای شناسایی عیوب استفاده می‌شود. از اختلاف فاز امواج می‌توان برای تعیین عمق عیوب استفاده نمود. علاوه بر این، بدلیل ماهیت غیر تماسی و غیر مستقیم روش‌های مذکور، اندازه گیری عیوب، تعیین صحیح نوع، اندازه، عمق و موقعیت عیوب همواره با درصدی خطا همراه بوده است. در نتیجه استفاده از روش سریع و موثر حرارت نگاری مادون قرمز در تعیین نتایج آزمون شکست نمونه‌ها و روش ترموگرافی سونیک جهت ارزیابی شبه کمی عیوب ناشی از ضربه و تلفیق دو روش حرارت نگاری مادون قرمز و برشنگاری جهت بازرسی جامع قطعات کامپوزیتی به جای روش های سنتی چون تست فراصوتی پیشنهاد شده است.}, keywords_fa = {کامپوزیت پایه پلیمری تقویت شده با الیاف,آزمون غیر مخرب,برشنگاری,حرارت نگاری,ترموگرافی سونیک}, url = {https://www.jndttech.ir/article_105286.html}, eprint = {https://www.jndttech.ir/article_105286_dbd65940abd7f3a924b4e1b7c305bc08.pdf} }
