استفاده از الگوریتم میانگین غیر محلی و رادیوگرافی صنعتی برای آشکارسازی عیوب قطعات هواپیما
تنشهای فیزیکی در قطعات معیوب هواپیما باعث شکستگی و خسارت میشوند. تشخیص دقیق عیبهای داخلی توسط آزمون رادیوگرافی امکان پذیر است. تعیین مکان عیوب توسط شخص پرتوکار، به دقت و مهارت و کیفیت رادیوگرافها بستگی دارد. بسیاری از تصاویر تهیه شده با روش پرتونگاری صنعتی واضح نیستند و تشخیص دقیق عیوب آنها مشکل است؛ در نتیجه نیاز به روشهایی است که به کمک آنها بتوان این عیبها را دقیقتر بررسی کرد. تصاویر رادیوگرافی یا پرتونگارهها به علت پراکندگی ذاتی اشعه ایکس قدری مات شدگی دارند. در این مطالعه با استفاده از روش صافی میانگین غیر محلی که مبتنی بر تشخیص پیکسلهای مشابه در یک همسایگی است، برای تشخیص نواحی خوردگی استفاده شده است. در این روش تصویر به پنجرههای کوچکتر تقسیم شده و الگوریتم پیکسلیابی روی این قسمتها انجام میشود. در این روش داشتن انحراف معیار نویز اولیه برای پیادهسازی الگوریتم مهم است. نتایج نشان میدهد با توجه به نداشتن مقدار تابع نویز تصاویر رادیوگرافی، روش حذف زمینه برای اجرای این الگوریتم مناسبتر است. در این تحقیق، با در نظر گرفتن مقدار زیادی برای انحراف معیار نویز فرضی، تصویر زمینه بدست آمده و از تصویر اولیه رادیوگرافی کم شده است. تصویر بازسازی شده دارای لبههای تیزی است که نواحی خوردگی را با وضوح بیشتر مشخص میکند. ارزیابی نتایج توسط کارشناسان رادیوگرافی نشان میدهد که از نظر آنها این روش کارایی لازم برای آشکارسازی عیوب را دارد.

مروری بر روشهای بازرسی خطوط لوله
خطوط لوله بهطور گستردهای برای انتقال حجم زیادی از آب و فاضلاب در مسافتهای طولانی بهکار میروند. این زیرساختهای ارزشمند زمانی توجه همگانی را به خود جلب میکنند، که آسیب دیدهاند. بهمنظور اجتناب از وقوع حوادث ناگوار، تشخیص اولیه عیوب موجود در خطوط لوله آب و فاضلاب و تعیین کمیتی این عیوب، بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در تعداد زیادی از کشورها، بازرسی خطوط لوله آب و فاضلاب معمولا با استفاده از روش بازرسی دوربینی انجام میشود که یک اپراتور با ارزیابی تصاویر خام دوربین به شناسایی مکان آسیبدیدگیها میپردازد. روشهای بازرسی دوربینی دارای تعدادی معایب هستند که کاربرد آنها را محدود میسازد. یکی از معایب روش بازرسی دوربینی، نبود نور کافی و روشنایی در داخل لولهها است. عیب دیگر روش بازرسی دوربینی این است که کیفیت تصاویر بهدست آمده بهدلیل شرایط روشنایی نامطلوب، پایین است. در نتیجه روشهای بازرسی دوربینی میتوانند صرفا عیوب بزرگ را بهطور مطمئنی تشخیص دهند. در دهههای اخیر، روشهای حرارتنگاری، میکروویو، لیزر و سونار پیشنهاد شدهاند تا در ترکیب با روش بازرسی دوربینی، نتایج بازرسی را بهبود دهند. همچنین، تجهیزات جدیدی که چندین سنسور را بهکار میبرند و قادر به انجام بازرسی در مسافتهای دور هستند، پیشنهاد گردیدهاند. مقاله حاضر به مرور روشهای بازرسی متداول و جدید در خطوط لوله آب و فاضلاب میپردازد. بعلاوه، انواع متفاوت رباتها برای بازرسی داخل لولهها بحث میگردند.

شناسایی عیوب در قطعات لانه زنبوری ساندویچی سطوح پروازی بهکمک روش گرمانگاری با تزریق هوای گرم
چکیده استفاده از مواد مرکب در ساخت هواپیماها به جهت سبکی، استحکام و دیگر خواص فیزیکی مناسب، رو به افزایش است. در سطوح کنترل پروازی هواپیما همچون سکان عمودی و افقی ، معمولاً مواد مرکب بصورت قطعات لانه زنبوری ساندویچی بکار میروند. این سطوح ممکن است بهعلت عبور از شرایط مختلف آب و هوایی دچار آسیب شوند. شناسایی قطرات آب محبوس و بررسی عیوب داخلی ناشی از دورههای متناوب یخ زدگی-آب شدن که موجب کاهش استحکام این نوع سازهها میشود، بسیار مهم است. استفاده از روشهای معمول آزمونهای غیر مخرب همچون فراصوت هرچند متداول است ولی با توجه به محدودیتهای موجود، کافی نیست. بررسی تغییر خواص الاستیکی نیز نمیتواند منجر به شناسایی قطرات آب در شبکه داخلی و عیوب داخلی شود. مطمئنترین روش برای اطمینان از عدم وجود این عیوب استفاده از روش گرمانگاری است. اساس این روش مبتنی بر خاصیت گرمایی ویژهی مواد و ثبت تغییرات دما در طی زمان رسیدن به نقطهی تعادل دمایی در سطوح مورد مطالعه است. شرکتهای معتبر سازندهی هواپیما همچون بوئینگ و ایرباس تاکنون از دو روش حبس گرما و روش گرمادهی لحظهای برای شناسایی عیوب احتمالی استفاده نمودهاند. در این مقاله ضمن تشریح اصول بازرسی با این روش، به امکان استفاده از جریان هوای گرم در گرمانگاری سازههای "لانه زنبوری ساندویچی سطوح پروازی" پرداخته میشود.

اثر بخشی اقدامات مداخله ای بر کاهش پرتوگیری های غیر عادی در پرتونگاری صنعتی ایران
در میان انواع فعالیت های مرتبط با پرتوهای یونساز، پرتونگاری صنعتی یکی از پر ریسک ترین فعالیت ها به دلیل کار با چشمه های با اکتیویتۀ بالاست. در چنین شرایطی، کنترل پرتوگیری افراد شاغل از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار خواهد بود. در این پژوهش، ضمن اشاره به وضعیت پرتوگیری شغلی این گروه از پرتوکاران ایران در بازه سالهای 2007 تا 2016 میلادی، میزان اثر بخشی اقدامات انجام شده برای پرتوکارانی که دز بالاتر از آستانۀ بررسی دریافت کرده اند، ارزیابی شده است. همچنین مقایسه ای بین دز میانگین و دز جمعی این فعالیت پرتوی در ایران با کشورهای مشابه دیگر انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که اقدامات انجام شده در بهینه سازی حفاظت به نحو محسوسی مؤثر بوده اند. با این حال برای رسیدن به یک سطح مطلوب تری از وضعیت ایمنی، تعریف یک دز محدود شده می تواند تأثیر به سزایی بر استمرار روند کاهش پرتوگیری شغلی در این فعالیت پرتوی داشته باشد.

به کارگیری حرارتنگاری مدوله شده جهت شناسایی عیوب در ورق های پلیمری
روش حرارتنگاری، یکی از روشهای نوین، سریع و نسبتا ارزانقیمت جهت انجام آزمون غیرمخرب میباشد. در این روش، قطعهکار مورد توسط منبع گرمایی تحت گرمایش قرار میگیرد و تصاویر این فرآیند، توسط دوربین حرارتی ذخیره میگردند. در حرارتنگاری مدوله ، از اختلاف زمان انتقال حرارت در قطعه کار در منطقه سالم و معیوب استفاده میگردد. در این تحقیق، امکانسنجی انجام این روش بر روی قطعهکار پلاستیکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان دادند که عیوب عمیقتر و کوچکتر، در تصویر حاصل از تحلیل دامنه موج گرمایی بهتر مشخص میشوند. همچنین مشخص گردید کیفیت تصاویر فازی نسبت به تصاویر دامنه بالاتر هستند و کمتر تحت تأثیر شرایط آزمایش همچون گرمایش نامتقارن و بازتابش نور قرار میگیرد. با بهینهسازی شرایط آزمایش، میتوان با استفاده از تصاویر دامنه، عیوب رو بهخوبی نمایش داد. همچنین از دو فرکانس متفاوت بافاصله نسبتاً زیاد 0.5 Hz و 1 Hz استفاده شد تا حدود مناسب فرکانس برای قطعهکار به دست آید. به دلیل انتقال حرارت مناسب، استفاده از فرکانس پایینتر در آزمایش توصیه میشود تا فاصله زمانی مناسبتری برای تشخیص عیوب وجود داشته باشد.

مکان یابی منبع نشت در لوله های تحت فشار با استفاده از روش نشر آوایی
برای اطمینان از عملکرد خطوط لوله، مخازن تحت فشار و همچنین عیوب موجود در ورقهای صنعتی دو روش بازرسی مخرب و غیرمخرب وجود دارد. یکی از مسائل مهم در خطوط انتقال و مخازن تحت فشار مسئله نشتیابی میباشد. آزمون نشتی یکی از روشهای آزمونهای غیر مخرب است که مربوط به جابجایی سیال از محیط پرفشار به محیط کم فشار میباشد. ازجمله تکنیکهای آزمون غیرمخرب، استفاده از روش نشر آوایی میباشد. جت خروجی باعث ارتعاش لوله و ایجاد امواج نشر آوایی در لوله میگردد. به دلیل فاصله متفاوت سنسورها از منبع نشت، اختلاف در زمان ثبت سیگنال ها توسط سنسورها بوجود میآید. اولین زمان رسیدن امواج به سنسورهای موجود در دو طرف منبع نشت و اختلاف زمان رسیدن امواج با استفاده از روش معیار اطلاعات آکاییک (Akaike Information Criteria) اندازهگیری میشود. در این تحقیق با دو سنسور نشر آوایی R15a امواج ساطع شده در دو طرف منبع نشت ثبت گردید. ابتدا آزمایشات نشتیابی با منبع نشت پیوسته بر روی یک لوله کربن استیل تحت فشار انجام گرفت. در مرحله بعد، آزمایشات برای مکانیابی منبع نشر آوایی بر روی ورق فولادی و با استفاده از منبع شبیه سازی شده نشر آوایی (شکستن نوک مداد) انجام شد. در هر مرحله تعداد 5 تست یرای هر حالت انجام پذیرفت و میانگین نتایج محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که مکان نشت در لوله را می توان با میانگین خطای 4/1 % را تخمین زد. از طرف دیگر در ورق فولادی می توان مکان منبع نشر آوایی را با میانگین خطای 92/3 درصد به دست آورد.

فناوری بینی الکترونیک برای درجه بندی غیرمخرب گیاه دارویی ریحان
فناوری بینی الکترونیکی روشی غیر مخرب و نوین است که برای درجه بندی مواد بودار از آن جمله اسانس گیاهان دارویی استفاده می شود. این فناوری مبتنی بر حسگرهای شیمیایی و شبیه سیستم بویایی انسان عمل می کند. از طرفی صنعت گیاهان دارویی و معطر (MAPs)، صنعت جدید و رو به رشدی است که یک از مشکلات این صنعت نبود دستگاهای کنترل کیفی است. در این مطالعه ابتدا دستگاه بینی الکترونیکی معرفی می شود و سپس امکان شناسایی و درجه بندی 8 گونه گیاه ریحان توسط این دستگاه بررسی می شود. برای این کار از سامانه بینی الکترونیک بر پایه هشت حسگر نیمههادی اکسید فلزی (MOS) استفاده شد. نخست ترکیبهای اصلی تأثیرگذار اسانس 8 گونه از گیاه ریحان استخراج شده و با استفاده روشهای مرسوم دقیق آزمایشگاهی، نوع و درصد ترکیبات آنها مشخص گردید. سپس درجه بندی این کلاسها با استفاده از آزمون غیر مخرب بینی الکترونیک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج آنالیز مؤلفه های اصلی PCA نشان داد که با استفاده از دو مؤلفه اصلی اول (PCA1,PCA2) میتوان 88% واریانس داده ها را توجیه کرد. همچنین با استفاده از نمودار لودینگ حاصل از PCA حسگر MQ135 تأثیر بیشتری در تفکیک کلاس ها داشتند. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که بینی الکترونیکی به عنوان ابزاری ارزان، دقیق، آسان در راستای شناسایی گونههایی گیاه ریحان موثر میباشد.
