Abstract
Nowadays, it is essential to know the precision casting parts, especially the parts of gas turbines, and investigate their destruction due to their role in electricity supply and oil and gas transmission. Therefore, the use of alloys capable of withstanding thermal and mechanical stresses and operating at temperatures above 800 ° C are required to manufacture such parts with acceptable accuracy and precision. In this study, we decided to control parts' behavior in different casting conditions (for example in critical working conditions) by introducing common defects in precision casting, and identifying them by industrial X-ray radiography, methods and recognizing such defects, and preventing them in the next products in order to ensure the high level of quality acheivement. Or eliminating them to reduce production risk, save time, decrease initial and current costs in the applied industry, and increases the reliability of manufactured parts and efficiency, which cause high functional efficiency of the gas turbine.
